Our Strawberry Salad is made fresh the day of the festival.

Baby Spinach is first added to the bowl, followed by freshly chopped red onions. Then we cut the sweetest fresh strawberries that we have.
Five whole strawberries go in every salad.

We top that with a special strawberry poppyseed dressing made
from the chef at the Red Cabin (who was formerly at Carbones)
from an old Russian family
recipe that dates back to the 1700's.

We offer optional almonds and fresh blue cheese to give our
fresh strawberry salad tastes that simply explode in your mouth.
