  • Connecticut State Law requires you to include your Tax ID number on the application form and to also complete the CT Individual Contribution Certification Form (included below).
  • South Windsor requires a Food Permit form if you are selling or displaying food items.

We will continue to accept applications for the waiting list. If we have a cancellation, those on the waiting list will be contacted on a first come, first served basis to fill the opening. 

 

There are certain vendors that allow ony one representative per fair. We will accept the first applicant and notify others that the company is already represented. Examples include Tupperware, Pamper Chef, Scentsy Candles, Cookie Lee Jewelry, Lia Sofia, etc. 

We have listend to your feedback and plan the following improvements:

  • The number of crafters will be reduced to optimize the space on the field.
  • Set up will start earlier for those requiring more time.
  • The percentage of jewelry crafters will be reduced. Please apply early to secure your booth.
  • The traffic flow will follow a new process assigning numbers and lining up in order.
  • One vehicle per crafter will be allowed on the field at initial set up. Friends and helpers will be required to park at the entrance and walk. A second vehicle can only enter the field after the first vehicle is removed.
  • Crafters will be responsible for their own set up and take down. Take down must be completed by 7:00 pm the night of the festival. Anything left on the field will be discarded.
